Usable by everyone who needs it.
Our accessibility goal, what we have checked, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Our goal
We aim for the IntelliNotes website and application to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget; we fix the pages themselves.
What we have checked
On November 5, 2026 we checked the public pages (home, About, Guides and the two guides) and the sign-up page. An automated scan found no failing checks. A keyboard test reached every link, button and form field with the Tab key, with a visible focus outline, and every form field has a label. Automated tools cover only part of WCAG. The signed-in application has not yet had a full review, and testing with a screen reader by a person is still to be done.
Report a barrier
If something on IntelliNotes is hard or impossible to use with your browser, keyboard or assistive technology, email jose@cleverwave.ai with the page and what happened. We can also send the information you need in another format. Do not include patient information or passwords in the email.
